Prepare to be transported to Chef Andres' childhood with one of his most beloved family dishes. The rich shrimp stew is a cherished recipe from Chef's mom that features succulent shrimp in a spiced tomato broth with Yukon potatoes and a hint of smoke from chipotle peppers in adobo. Served alongside fragrant yellow rice cooked with saffron, you can taste the love in every bite of this dish.

Good flavor, decent portion, but the sauce from the stew spilled over to the rice and made it very mushy. If the compartments were separated, I think I would’ve enjoyed this much more.
