Savor the bold flavors of chipotle lime salmon paired with roasted Brussels sprouts. Fresh salmon fillets are marinated in a lime juice, and maple syrup, then seared to perfection. Tender Brussels sprouts are roasted adding a nutty crunch. This smoky, tangy, and slightly sweet dish is perfect for a wholesome, flavorful meal that delights every bite.

I didn’t use the sauce because I’m off sugar right now, but the salmon was a nice hearty portion and cooked well.

Fabulous Brussel Sprouts my husband doesn't like so ordered him a different salmon dish.

Great flavor with good portions. My only wish is that brussel sprouts were roasted a little.

A little sweet for my taste, but dish is great overall. Salmon was a large piece and was cooked nicely.

Bland. I needed the sauce to help eat the salmon and the brussel sprouts were hard to chew.

Loved the Lime Salmon, but there were too many Brussels sprouts. They soaked up the fish flavor and didn't taste good.
