Roasted pork tenderloin is served with garlicky green beans and a trio of roasted vegetables—carrots, Yukon gold potatoes, and red bell peppers—seasoned simply with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. A velvety spinach sauce, made with butter, lemon, and sautéed garlic, is offered on the side for drizzling.

The pork tenderloin was good and the roasted potatoes and cherry tomatoes too. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the green beans, they were a little bit too hard for me. Wasn't a fan of the sauce.

The pork was tender and good with the green beans were very tough.
