This meal was hazardous. The meal sparked in the microwave and it was only after that I found a small piece of foil very hidden in the cauliflower rice. Would not recommend.

The package says to take out the spinach. Then don't mix the spinach leaves in with the other ingredients but set them aside to remove them more easily before heating. Other than that, good.
