Meal was good and steak arrived medium which made the reheat acceptable. I really wish the steak dishes from CU would arrive on the rare side so reheat to mid-rare would work for the customer.

my CU bag zipper was ripped & torn away from bag. it's 95° here today, so 3 meals were going bad (swollen plastic top). This is one of those meals, unfortunately.

Awful. For starters, there is no way that the meat was ribeye. Tough overall with nasty gristle running down the length of several slices. Insanely over-salted. Gimme my money back for this hot mess.

Meat arrived well done - meal ruined before it could even be reheated. Happening way too often lately. Unfavorited and will never order again. This lack of quality wants me to quite CU for good.

Worst meal I've had from CookUnity by far. The meat was not only inedible (nearly 100% fat); I also don't think it was ribeye. Wish I could attach photos- this should never have been served to anyone.

spoiled/off in this weeks meal. I ate it 2 days before the eat by date because the plastic was blistering, the leek/spinach mix tasted off. the ribeye was the as good as last time, lots of gristle.
