Chef Chris brings together some of his favorite steakhouse classics in this hearty dish. A gorgeous grass-fed rib eye steak is rubbed in Chef's house spice blend and grill to a perfect medium rare. Served alongside decadent homemade creamed spinach and topped it a slab of Maitre d’Hotel butter—a compound butter infused with silky sautéed leeks—this dish is a must-try for steak lovers.

Vegetables were good but the Steak was so tough and all of the slices were cut in different thickness. I can't imagine a chef letting a Steak go out this way.
Not eatable. Waste of money

Spinach was too salty. Inedible.
And meat was chewy on all slices. It was not a ribeye.

Disappointed in the steak.
Tough and even a little grisly.
May consider not ordering any steak again. Good taste, but hardly premium. Cream spinach one of my favorites was on point

Less fat on the meat, more seasoning

Creamed spinach was bland and more sour than I’m used to. Butter added no flavor. Steak was decent but chewier/tougher than most ribeyes I’ve had.
