Packed with both nutrients and flavor, this dish is called a 'Superfood Bowl' for a reason. Sweet potatoes are one of the most versatile and healthful vegetables one can eat. When combined with fluffy quinoa, black beans, herbs and a zesty special sauce drizzled all over, they create a bowl that will fuel your body and satisfy your taste buds.

A bit mushy. Not a lot and I love it. I wish the instructions added something about heating it to room temperature or more though. I always microwave it for a bit because it’s not great chilled.

This feels too low in protein to be considered a meal.

Great meal all around! Lightweight and tasteful. Great for when I want to give meat a rest.

Usually I’m not a fan of quinoa but this was a good balance of ingredients and flavor
