One of chef Tony's favorite dishes recently. It feels fancy but is very simple and light, making it perfect for warmer weather. The cod is flaky and rich, balanced by aromatic basil and slightly sweet cherry tomatoes. Asparagus round out the dish for a satisfying meal.

So good, but the asparagus was very tough

SO many onions. And asparagus was woody and difficult to eat. Fish portion is pretty small. No idea why this is a premium meal.

Very good, sometimes the cod is a tad dry but still good

This is the smallest portion meal so far.

The asparagus was inedible. I couldn’t chew it. I don’t know what the sauce was, but it appeared spoiled, had film on top with liquid underneath and smelled bad. COD had no flavor. Yuck!

The sauce wasn’t fresh. Asparagus was hard. We use the oven.
