Sirloin flap is marinated in a sweet-savory blend of soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, and fresh ginger, then grilled and finished in the oven until tender. The reserved marinade is reduced with butter into a glossy sauce, spooned over the warm steak before slicing.
Another fantastic dish by Chef Chase. We will order again and again. My husband went nuts over this. He is a real meat and potatoes guy and this sirloin hit the spot with him.

This was so wonderful!! I just made sides to go with it and I was so happy to have such tender, tasty protein.

Extremely small portion for something that is supposed to be 2 servings. Definitely not worth the extra $10
