Salmon is seasoned simply with salt and pepper before getting seared to crisp perfection. It's then topped with a creamy yogurt sauce with lemon and dill and served alongside sautéed yellow squash and zucchini. Simple, filling, and full of summery flavor.
The veggies had a thick paprika sauce coating, not as pictured

The fish was very fishy if you know what I mean. The yogurt dill sauce was delish. As a whole, the dish didn’t quite come together and was lacking something.

The whole dish was saturated in paprika, it was the only flavor

There was a lot of paprika. That is my only criticism. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the dill sauce was delicious. The veggies were good as well!
