There was some scales and lots of fish bones.. great taste and cook.. don’t know if possibly swallowing and choking is worth it though..

Way too much garlic. Ruined delicate flavors. Stank up my whole house. I had to wash off the bok Choi six or seven times and it was still garlicky

I wish I had left the sauce off, it was too watery/messy. I cooked the bok choy for 1 minute, then added the salmon and heated 1 more minute and the salmon turned out much better than other meals.
