Austin Wells has two important jobs. He’s the catcher for the New York Yankees, and the owner of a widely respected viral burrito ranking Instagram account.

So when he when was on the hunt for his next best bite, Food Network Star and long-time New Yorker Rocco DiSpirito knew it was his time to step up to the plate.

Since we don't use artificial or chemical preservatives, the meals have a refrigerated shelf life of about 3-7 days. Every meal has a "use by" date on the label.

Great question! At this time, our Chefs advise against freezing meals as this may compromise the taste and overall freshness of the dish. Furthermore, our recyclable trays are not fit for freezing. Since we don't use artificial or chemical preservatives, the meals have a refrigerated shelf life of about 3-7 days.
