Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Roasted Potatoes

Grilled flat iron steak is served with roasted potatoes wedges and finished with a rich Burgundy-style herb butter inspired by the classic garlic, parsley, and butter preparation made famous with escargot in Chef Ludo Lefebvre's hometown of Burgundy, France. As the butter melts over the steak, it creates a savory, aromatic sauce that brings classic French bistro flavors to every bite.
