Seared Filet Mignon with Bordelaise Sauce

Chef Ludo elevates the classic steak-and-potatoes dinner with refined French technique. A filet mignon is coated in coarsely cracked black peppercorns, seared to develop a deeply caramelized crust, and cooked to a perfect medium. It's paired with rich, velvety creamed spinach, perfectly seasoned roasted fingerling potatoes, and a classic bordelaise sauce. Sophisticated yet deeply satisfying, this is the perfect meal whenever you're in the mood to treat yourself.
