Fresh, bouncy ramen noodles are paired with a rich, umami-filled miso broth and mixed with fresh tofu, sweet corn, shiitake mushrooms, and bok choy. Not only is Chef Esther's miso ramen satisfying and delicious, but it also happens to be vegetarian.

Not a fantastic taste profile. The tofu was large chunks. Just not a favorite meal.

This is good, but not quite as good as the miso udon. A great base for throwing a few of your own ingredients into.

When I opened the package the noodles were all stuck together and in some areas completely stuck together into one mass. Instructions were a bit confusing. Water should be boiled in a pot and the ingredients added to the pot.

Don’t bother with this unless you feel like throwing $13 in the garbage. The noodles turn into a wet gloopy paste ball. Not just once, but 2 out of 3 times ordered. This was so gross.

Noodles got soggy/overcooked when I followed the instructions. Will need to modify next time so they're not mushy. Otherwise, very tasty!

Noodles came all stuck together almost more like a ball of raw dough rather than formed into noodles. We weren't able to able to eat it.

Starts off good but then it’s just miso and needs some other flavors like garlic ginger or chili to complement the miso.

Pretty good but confusing instructions - they mention one sauce cup for the miso base, but two different sauce cups were included with no way to distinguish them.
