Chef Esther's take on a classic Japanese noodle soup. Her version pairs a long-simmered, rich and creamy broth with fresh ramen noodles and sliced tender braised pork belly. Spinach and corn are the finishing touches on this show-stopping, deeply flavorful soup.
The pork belly was mostly inedible. I know that it is fatty by nature, but this was probably ¾ fat. The rest of the dish was good and quite tasty.

I can’t tell you how disappointing this was for a ‘premium’ meal. The picture shows 5 slices of pork. There were 2 small slices in each of the two dinners we received & extremely fatty as well.
