BBQ Huli Huli Chicken

Huli Huli–style chicken thighs are marinated, grilled, and glazed in a sweet and spicy sauce before landing on fluffy coconut rice. A punchy pineapple mojo sauce brings bright acidity, with steamed snowpeas for balance.
