Chef Esther's version of a perfect steak. Tender flank steak marinated in a sweet-and-savory Korean BBQ marinade for 24 hours, then flash seared to lock in all that flavor. Endlessly versatile, serve this steak with bowl of rice or noodles for a quick dinner, or to bulk up your favorite salad for a hearty lunch.
lacking that Korean flavor, beef was bland seasoning wise, though was tender.

Looked great. Following directions but microwaving this meat LESS than 2 minutes completely ruined it. Went from what appeared to be medium rare to such a hard meat that it a was very tough to eat.
