This feast from Chef Esther blends smoky heat and creamy comfort with a pop of green crunch. Chicken thighs are marinated in BBQ sauce, then grilled for char and finished in the oven. They’re served over charred broccolini, drizzled with more sauce, and topped with golden-fried onions. On the side, you’ll find mashed potatoes crowned with cheddar for a melty, cheesy finish.
Too much BBQ sauce, uses high fructose syrup. Mash was kind of soupy.

I cooked mine in the microwave for 1.5 min, which is about halfway between the recommended times.
Yet the chicken didn't feel full cooked (I know it was), and just wasn't present to eat. Not for me.

You should cut back the broccoli stems, the long stems and leaves are inedible.

The meat felt like chicken thighs, it was a good basic meal.
