Chef Esther presents a succulent roasted salmon, taking center stage and complemented by a rich peanut red curry sauce. It is served with steamed rice, crisp green beans, and elegantly garnished with toasted coconut and peanuts.

Salmon was overcooked, otherwise quite tasty.

Good flavor and textures but the sauce was not packed separately and I would have preferred to sauce it myself so it wouldn't have been as spicy.

The flavor of the sauce was great - unfortunately the ingredients were not good. Rice was mushy and fish was very fishy

Very spicy but tasty. Some plain Greek yogurt would probably help. Wish we could choose 1, 2,or 3 chili peppers like in a restaurant; or that there was a sauce cup of the same sauce but spicier to add

The peanut with the salmon tasted odd together. It was still good, just strange to me. I figured the curry part would have been stronger based on the name of the dish, but all I tasted was the peanut.
