These grilled pork bites, or “Mu Ping,” are a street food essential in Thailand. Pork shoulder is marinated in coconut cream, soy and oyster sauces, garlic, and cilantro, before hitting the grill for a smoky, caramelized finish. Served over soft jasmine rice with pickled cucumbers, they’re paired with a sweet and tangy dipping sauce of tamarind, lime, and chili.

Thought this was pretty good. Sauce was a bit different, so don't pour it over it all cause it is strong. But, dipping the meat in it gave it the needed flavor.
