A signature in the Korean culinary canon, Bibimbap is a multicolored mixture of flavors and textures. In this diet-friendly take, brown rice is piled with sesame-seasoned vegetables, like edamame, mung beans, carrots, and spinach, next to tender grilled beef. Topped with a jammy boiled egg, it’s served with kimchi and a sweet-and-spicy gochujang sauce—perfect for bibim, which means “to mix” everything together.
