Tasty little salad - I added rotisserie chicken and a little feta and put it on a bed of romaine - made two large servings and I had some left to each with the chicken gyro. Yum.

very good !! TIP: when you take it out of the refrigerator, the dressing is like a lime slushy with oil. Make sure to stir around and let it sit for a few minutes.
