Island-Style Chicken Stew

This Caribbean-inspired chicken stew gets its depth from a bold marinade of habanero, garlic, allspice, and thyme. Braised with coconut milk, Yukon potatoes, and aromatics, the result is rich and warming without being heavy. Served with steamed rice and roasted cherry tomatoes to balance the heat.
