Guava BBQ-Glazed Spare Ribs

Craving an indulgent meal that’s positively packed with flavor? These succulent spare ribs are first rubbed with traditional Jerk spices, generously glazed with tangy-sweet-savory homemade Caribbean guava BBQ sauce, then roasted low and slow until the meat nearly falls off the bone. And with their vinegar and cayenne kick, the braised collard greens that accompany them have so much flavor that you’d never know they were vegetarian. “I love them not only with our ribs, but pretty much with everything,” says Chef Bernstein. You’ll love everything about this hearty, satisfying meal, too.
