Calabrian Hot Honey Chicken

Brined in buttermilk, these chicken breast get dredged in a spiced flour mix and fried to golden, craggy-edged glory. A drizzle of Calabrian chili hot honey brings the heat and a sweet tingle, balanced by a creamy cacio e pepe mac and cheese built on pecorino and cracked black pepper.
