Chicken Provolone with Broccolini

Prosciutto and provolone are tucked inside chicken breast, then the whole roll is breaded and fried until the crust turns golden. Roasted broccolini and rosemary potatoes round out the plate, along with a bright Piccata Vinaigrette on the side.
