This Brazilian riff on the classic Russian-American stew features chicken thighs simmered in an ultra-creamy tomato sauce with garlic, onions, and a touch of Dijon. Studded with mushrooms, it’s served atop a bed of fluffy white rice to soak up all the rich, savory flavor.

this is what I like. not spicy. Plenty of sauce. meat is very tender. simple. I will surely reorder this. add a salad or some fruit.

I am not a dark meat chicken eater and wish that some recipes would specify. That was the biggest issue for me. If you love dark meat poultry, you'd be happy with this recipe.

Loved this meal when first introduced. Now it pales in comparison. Large chunks of chicken which are added after the sauce is made. Meat does not absorb flavors and get tender. Sauce is too thin.

Could have used more rice given the amount of sauce, but the meal was flavorful
