A salmon fillet is marinated and glazed with sweet white miso, sake, and mirin, creating layers of savory depth and subtle sweetness. Steamed broccoli and tangy pickled cucumber keep the plate balanced, while an extra side of miso sauce lets you dial up the flavor.

I really loved this meal. Would love a little extra sauce and the rice was a bit hard but overall, will definitely keep getting this one.

Sauce cups were missing and the instructions say “add the pickles” after heating but they were mixed in. Was I supposed to remove the film altogether and pick them out??
