- Bio: Chef Armando Litiatco, born in Manila and raised in Daly City, California, is the co-founder and head chef of F.O.B. Brooklyn, a Filipino barbecue restaurant in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, where he showcases his heritage through family-inspired recipes and traditional Filipino flavors. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Litiatco has worked in renowned establishments such as Daniel in New York and Boulevard in San Francisco. In addition to F.O.B. Brooklyn, he co-owns Rana Fifteen, a Turkish-inspired restaurant in Park Slope. Litiatco’s culinary journey reflects a commitment to sharing authentic Filipino cuisine while contributing to its growing appreciation in New York City.
