Deliciously roasted eggplant, halved to perfection, and dressed in a delectable miso sauce that strikes a harmonious balance between sweet and savory notes. Finished with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and fresh scallions, this side dish boasts rich, caramel-like flavors. An inviting addition to any meal, it offers perfect nutty, savory, and caramel flavors.
First of all, this is *small.* Not at all as big as the photo suggests. It was also so unpalatable I had to throw it away. A huge waste of money. And I adore eggplant!

Very nice flavors. Used some of the eggplant with the chicken shawarma and the turmeric sauce, which was also very nice. So nice to be able to add fun vegetables to what are often meat heavy meals (when they include meat).

Finally, a dish worth five stars! This was delicious! I wish the portion was a bit larger but it tasted great!
