Chef Esther's modern take on the All-American steak and potatoes. Her version pairs a perfectly seared flat iron steak with creamy cauliflower purée, garlicky sautéed spinach, and a luxurious, super savory miso butter. Elegant and well balanced, this meal will make any night feel that much more special.

The miso butter and bloody steak turn the cauliflower purée into a pink soup and it’s not appetizing.

The flat iron steak was pretty chewy and dry. the rest tasted great. I probably wouldn't pay extra to eat that again.

The steak and spinach were good but the butter and the steak on top of the mashed cauliflower turned the cauliflower into a greasy puddle and I wasn't able to eat it. Suggest moving the cauliflower to the side with the spinach instead.
