Thai-Noodles with Spiced Pulled Chicken

Chef Einat’s take on Thai noodles features a classic peanut–tamarind–fish sauce balance, delivering the sweet, savory, and tangy flavors found in Pad Thai. Tender pulled chicken is coated in her smoky harissa spice blend and served over rice noodles, with crisp carrots, shredded cabbage, fresh chives, and sweet-spicy peanuts adding crunch and contrast. Bold, comforting, and deeply satisfying.
