Middle Eastern Pulled Chicken Chili

Chef Einat brings you her spicy, complex and totally crave-able take on an American classic: chili. A mix of legumes are stewed with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern spices to create a comforting yet new take on everyone’s favorite chili. Adobo-braised pulled chicken adds more protein and another level of flavor while a drizzle of creamy tahini on top is the perfect finishing touch. A side green herby sabzi rice is the ideal complement to round out the meal.
