This sophisticated, elegant meal from Chef Angelia will transport you to the tables at a fancy steakhouse. The star of the dish is undoubtedly the gorgeous beef tenderloin steak, seared to perfection and served over loaded mashed potatoes with crispy bacon, cheddar, and fresh chives. Paired with lightly roasted, parmesan-laced shaved Brussels sprouts, the dish is finished with a luscious steakhouse-style sauce you'll want to pour on everything: a creamy bourbon-peppercorn sauce laced with sweet cipollini onions and cherry peppers. Turn any given weeknight into a special occasion in an instant.

The potatoes and veggies were good but the flavors were fighting each other. The meat and sauce were bland.
