This dish is a celebration of Peruvian flavors. Tender chicken thighs are seasoned and cooked in a blend of aromatic spices like garlic, cumin, and oregano, then served alongside zesty cilantro rice with peas and carrots. The meal is rounded out by nutty brown butter sweet plantains and a creamy cilantro-lime-jalapeño sauce that adds a zing to every bite. The combination of the juicy chicken, fresh, herbaceous rice, and buttery plantains is a match made in culinary heaven!
