For Chef April, a low-country boil embodies the essence of Southern cooking. Plump shrimp, smoky sausages, corn on the cob, and boiled eggs simmer in a bold mix of spices, soaking up every savory note. It’s unfussy, flavorful, and delivers classic comfort in every bite.

Delicious, only problem was that I wished I had rice or something to soak up the amazing sauce!

4 Shrimp, 2 Sausage, 1 egg for protein and about a half ear of corn cut up, plus a couple cut up potatoes. This meal was soaked in juices to give a really great flavor punch. More shrimp please! :-P
