Combining Chef David’s favorite BBQ spice blend with succulent salmon, this dish is a delightful fusion of sweet and charred. A side of tangy, maple-glazed roasted brussels sprouts rounds out the flavorful meal.

Fish cooked perfectly as well as brussel sprouts. Sauce was a tad spicier than usual. Glad I just dipped food in sauce. Overall still one of my favorites

Overall unpleasant. Sauce doesn’t want to bind to anything, flavor of fish was off.

Very good, but the brussels sprouts were super salty

The sauce could be less sweet.

Excessively salted both salmon and Brussel sprouts.
