Whatever that cup of sauce was.. OMG. It was A-mazing! I poured it all over everything! The salmon was fresh and tender. Would have preferred more char/smoky flavor, but that’s just me. Wonderful dish! Will definitely get this one again!

Lots of vegetables. The salmon tasted fresh. The bbq sauce was sweet and a little spicy but it was a little too runny.

This is one of my favorite salmon dishes and one of the many favorites by David Adan that I have ordered.
Chef David Adan has been cooking French-inspired cuisine for a third of his life. He has deep respect for Japanese food as well.
