This dish is delicious, hearty, and rich, with just a little kick of heat. Behold, one of Chef David’s favorite Southern dishes, a low country shrimp and Andouille sausage boil, served alongside caramelized garlic butter that's scented with Cajun-inspired aromatics. As is tradition, the seafood boil is accompanied by potatoes and steamed rice to soak up every last drop of the flavorful broth. Squeeze on some lemon and dig in!
