Chef Chase's take on classic takeout fare. Juicy flank steak is stir fried with broccoli florets and a tangy sauce with garlic, ginger, and green onion. Finished with more green onions and steamed white rice, this dish tastes way better than takeout, and is made with better ingredients, too.

Really enjoyed this meal; we just added some spice as it tasted a bit flat.

Good portion size. A lot of reviews say the meat is tough but it was perfect on mine. The broccoli on the other hand was super tough which is why it's not a 5 star for me. Rice was cooked perfectly.

The steak was tender. All the ingredients were fresh. My only input would be to cook the broccoli a bit more. Even after heating up the dish, the broccoli was still pretty firm. This of course is subjective.
