My potatoes in the salad were hard. Not cooked at all.

Creole Crawfish Étouffée
Very authentic.

Swedish Meatballs
Pretty darn good but would prefer if they came in a container mixed together as it was kind of awkward to eat them separately

Chicken Shawarma Rice Bowl
I was really impressed! There were a couple bits of crunchy rice but I was shocked to have a meal that felt kinda like I had ordered takeout. The sauces are delicious, note the red one is hot!

Ginger-Soy Sirloin
I think I would like it better if the meat didn’t reflect the sauce so much… Meaning a more simple marinade with the sauce to jazz it up a bit… Cut of meat was fantastic… Cooked perfectly

New Orleans Grillades (Creole Beef Stew)
Great south Louisiana taste (my family is from New Orleans). Grits and gravy were like my Grandmother use ti make. (I can’t do peppers so I simply picked them out)
