Delight all the year-round of Yellow Curry, a culinary masterpiece that transcends seasons. This savory dish features tender beef chuck simmered with wholesome ingredients, potato, carrots and onions, creating a hearty and satisfying meal. The aromatic curry powder adds a touch of passion, infusing the dish with its rich and enticing flavors. Served with fragrant jasmine rice, every spoonful of this thick, salty, and subtly sweet curry will transport your taste buds to a world of culinary bliss.
This Chef's flavors are always spot-on for me, as was the case here. I would prefer bell peppers or peas over the double starch of potatoes and rice, though.

Everything about this was very tasty EXCEPT the beef! The beef seemed low quality and stringy/mealy. I don't know. I didn't like the beef. But the flavor of the curry and veggies was very authentic.

FAT MEAT! Gross. Great taste but I lost more than 50% of the meat cutting the fat off.

Tripe, I dislike tripe. Beef cuts had some of it attached. White and wavy. The beef was thin, so became hard and chewy after three minutes of microwave.

Soooo good. I love curry and will always love curry. Easy filling meal and great lunch option. Spicy but not overkill for anyone who generally likes curry.
As some say, cooking is loving, which is definitely true for Chef Pimnapat Chancharoen. She was born in Thailand, a paradise for food lovers, and went to school for mechanical engineering. She had dreams of becoming a pilot, but ended up becoming a chef because her cooking made so many people happy. Chancharoen is inspired by Korean, Japanese, Cuban and Taiwanese cuisines, and her unique style reflects this vibrant mix of flavors. She started her own food truck in 2018 and opened a ghost kitchen for takeout and delivery in 2021.
