Mongolian beef is a popular Chinese-American dish that needs no introduction. Chef Chase's version features tender, crispy beef stir-fried in a sweet and savory brown sauce with broccoli. Served over steamed rice, this dish is every bit as comforting as your favorite Chinese restaurant's.

It was just ok. Very basic and not much flavor. Probably needs more sauce.

There is no sauce, I get it should be healthy. But eating dry beef and broccoli is not something I want to eat. I added teriyaki sauce to it.

Cut back or leave the chilis on the side. The dish is spicy enough. Glad the instructions said to pull the chilis out. There are TOO MANY of them. Without them, the dish was still very spicy - glad I left them out.

Way too spicy. The flavor itself was good however the amount of peppers overtook the flavor and dominated the meal. I almost couldn’t finish it. It was an 8 out of 10 spice. Do not recommend.
