Mongolian beef is a popular Chinese-American dish that needs no introduction. Chef Chase's version features tender, crispy beef stir-fried in a sweet and savory brown sauce with broccoli. Served over steamed rice, this dish is every bit as comforting as your favorite Chinese restaurant's.

whew, hot! Had this before and it was a little spicy but this time it was flaming! Fished out all the red peppers to be found but still too hot. Take it easy with those bad boys!
