Lacked seasoning and was overpriced

I gave it three stars because I do not like steak overcooked I like it medium rare. So far all the steak I’ve had has been cooked perfectly, except for this dish was overcooked. Ribeye is a waste if it’s medium well like this one. I did not like the sauce. Good thing I didn’t drizzle it over everything. Everyone complained about the sausage, which I don’t understand because this is some of the best chorizo I’ve ever had. Potatoes are perfect. Everybody said the red pepper was soggy. Just so you know cooked peppers will seem soggy. That’s how they’re supposed to be. I thought the red pepper was a great accompaniment.

The steak was pretty good. The potatoes were too oily. I probably wouldn't order this again since it's a premium meal.

The steak was good! The gaucho chorizo was rubbery. I couldn’t eat it. The potatoes were delicious! The pepper was mush. So half was goodn
