This seasonal salad is a refreshing meal for hot summer days. It showcases delightfully sweet cherry tomatoes accented by the aroma of fresh basil and accompanied by Israeli couscous. The salad is seasoned with the zest and juice of fresh lemon to lighten the dish and add a bit of acidity, making it a lovely pairing with the firm and tasty lemon pepper tofu. Enjoy this dish cold or warm!
Talk about amazing! This was awesome. I would never have thought about using tofu this way, but it was delicious. I did eat it hot, not cold, but I absolutely loved ever bite.

Everything was creating like this greasy feeling in your mouth. First time trying tofu feel I'm not a tofu girl.
