Lemon-Cream Mahi Mahi

Mahi mahi means “strong” in Hawaiian, although in the CookUnity kitchen, we mostly call it delicious. Especially the way Chef Meena makes it. She bakes the herb-coated fillet until tender, and serves it with a silky lemon-cream sauce enriched with white wine, garlic, and shallots. A side of velvety cauliflower mash soaks everything up, with spears of roasted asparagus bringing a nourishing hit of green.
