Kofta-Burger

Chef Einat gives the classic burger a Middle Eastern twist, blending ground beef with fresh herbs, onion, jalapeño, and warm baharat spices for a bold, aromatic patty. It’s served with za’atar roasted potatoes, tangy sumac onions, and quick-pickled cucumbers that bring brightness and contrast to every bite. A smooth peperoncino-lemon sauce ties it all together with a fresh, zesty finish, while a soft bun lets you build it your way.
