Chef Esther serves up a Japanese-inspired dish a Korean twist, featuring simply roasted salmon tossed in with tender, chewy udon noodles, baby spinach, and cremini mushrooms in a miso-Parmsan sauce. It's everything you love about creamy pasta dishes, but with extra umami.

I love noodles and mushrooms. I never would really put it with Fish but this was actually a remarkable dish. The fish wasn't too fishy. I know that sounds weird, but it's just really good especially with the sauce.

I didn’t think I would like this and I loved it!!! The salmon was a perfect portion and not dry at all. It was perfectly seasoned and the udon was not overcooked. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorites. The sauce is delicious with the salmon, noodles, and spinach, and the quantity is generous. Will definitely order this repeatedly!
