Chef Chris was a big fan of fish cakes as a kid and guess what? He still loves them, and we can see why! Here Chef uses fresh salmon, hand-chopped and mixed with a minimal amount of Panko for binding, then flavored with fresh ginger, garlic, green onion and herbs. The cakes are seared to perfection and served with a killer miso-sriracha sauce that you can use as a dip or drizzle. Major deliciousness alert!
paired with a side salad. adding to favorite for reorder.

Good flavor and texture. Didn’t heat through in oven though. Next time I’d microwave for 30 -60 seconds then put in oven or toaster oven to get a crispy outside while keeping moist inside.

These taste amazing and they are even thicker than the photo. I am pleasantly surprised and wish they were available each week.
