Chef Chris was a big fan of fish cakes as a kid and guess what? He still loves them, and we can see why! Here Chef uses fresh salmon, hand-chopped and mixed with a minimal amount of Panko for binding, then flavored with fresh ginger, garlic, green onion and herbs. The cakes are seared to perfection and served with a killer miso-sriracha sauce that you can use as a dip or drizzle. Major deliciousness alert!
Had a few big pieces of ginger. I felt in the meal version the salmon cakes were formed a little better. Ate it with some brown rice and overall it was tasty and filling for two people.

Very tasty. I would prefer a less sweet sauce, but it was good. This is legit 2 portions, so I appreciate this option. I paired with some of my own mixed vegetables and red potatoes.
