Chef Ludo's French version of a Chinese-American chicken salad is a special that has been off and on the menu at Petit Trois for many years. His take on the classic salad marries shredded chicken, carrots, romaine lettuce, napa cabbage, and fresh lettuce with a creamy Asian vinaigrette. Toasted peanuts provide the perfect crunch, keeping you coming back for bite after bite!
