Maple-Bourbon Blackened Chicken

Cajun seasoning brings smoky warmth to Chef Cat's chicken, while a maple-bourbon glaze adds sweetness with a subtle tang. Dirty rice, studded with peppers, celery, and garlic, rounds out the plate alongside honey butter cornbread, ready for an extra swipe of whipped honey butter.
